SQLite is a small, open source, ACID complaint, database in a single executable. DBD::SQLite is the DBD driver, which installs the database engine when it's installed, with no additional configuration required. Additionally, the talk will mention when to use (and when not to use) SQLite, and why it's my favourite database.

I wrote a perl wiki viewer that uses kwiki as a development environment. It is called "<30sec" because it makes a multipage web app with draggable lists (thanks to Simon Cozens), form submition and processing through XMLHttpResponse (AJAX), with simple wiki-like markup (i.e. '____' makes a text field with a width of 4 characters), so a complex web app is possible in "30 seconds or less."
